Delivery information
We ship with DHL to your delivery address. If delivery to your door is not possible, the package will be delivered to your nearest DHL collection point. Orders placed before 3 pm will be shipped the same day. Deliveries outside the Netherlands are delivered by the local parcel service on behalf of Postnl

Returns
The costs for returning your product are at your own expense. To return an item, you are free to choose your preferred shipping method. For example, you can return items via your national postal service. Shipping costs are always paid by the customer.
Return registration
Before returning an item, you must first send an email to info@getyourhats.com stating the reason for your return.
After approval from our side, you will receive instructions for returning your item. Returns sent without prior notification and approval may not be processed.
Return conditions
You may return your order within 30 days from the invoice date.
The product must be complete and in its original packaging. If the product has been used or damaged, we will not be able to accept the return.
If you return your entire order with multiple items, we will refund the full purchase amount.
If you return only part of your order, you will receive a refund for the returned items only.
Once we have received the product, your refund will be processed within a few days.
